§287-38  Substitution of proof.  Theadministrator shall consent to the cancellation of any bond or certificate ofinsurance or the administrator shall return any money or securities to theperson entitled thereto upon the substitution and acceptance of other adequateproof of financial responsibility pursuant to this chapter.
