§287-39  Other proof may be required. Whenever any proof of financial responsibility filed under this chapter nolonger fulfills the purposes for which required, the administrator shall, forthe purpose of this chapter, require other proof as required by this chapterand shall suspend the license and registration or the nonresident's operatingprivilege pending the filing of such other proof.
