§287-45  Exceptions.  This chapter,except for section 287-20 shall not apply with respect to any motor vehicleowned by the United States, this State, or any political subdivision thereof;nor, except for sections 287-4 and 287-37, with respect to any motor vehiclewhich is subject to the requirements of chapter 288.
