[§291E-18]  Test results to be collected. The results of any test for intoxicants made upon any person, including anyperson who has been fatally injured in a traffic collision or the operator of avehicle involved in a collision that resulted in another person's death, shallbe sent to the state director of transportation, who shall compile the datawithout revealing the identity of any individual tested.  This data shall beavailable only to the state and county highway safety councils and to other agenciesthe director of transportation deems necessary and advisable.
