§291E-42  Notice to other states.  Whena nonresident's driving and boating privileges, and motor vehicle registrationif applicable, are administratively revoked under this part, the directorshall:

(1)  Notify, in writing, the officials in charge oftraffic control, boating control, or public safety in the nonresident's homestate, and in any other state in which the nonresident has driving and boatingprivileges, licenses, or any motor vehicles registered if applicable, of theaction taken in this State; and

(2)  Return to the appropriate issuing authority inthe other states any license, and any motor vehicle registration and numberplates if applicable, seized under section 291E‑33. [L 2000, c 189, pt of§23; am L 2001, c 157, §22]
