[§302A-1116]  Authority to create temporarypositions.  The department may create temporary positions as it deemsnecessary; provided that:

(1)  The department's expenditures shall not exceedits allocated budget;

(2)  The term of each position shall not exceed oneyear; and

(3)  The department shall report the creation oftemporary positions to the department of budget and finance. [L 1996, c 89, ptof §2]
