[§302A-1117]  Records, evidence.  Thedepartment shall cause all its proceedings, doings, and acts to be recorded,and these records, from time to time, shall be filed in the archives of thedepartment.  A certified copy of a record or any portion thereof, when signedby the superintendent under the seal of the department, shall be competentevidence of all it contains in any court.
