[§302A-1133]  Emergency measures.  Thedepartment of health may implement emergency measures to refuse, modify, orlimit attendance at any school in the State pursuant to section 321-1 if it isdetermined that there is imminent danger of an epidemic or serious outbreak ofcommunicable disease.
