[§302A-1147]  Use of school grounds bycounty recreation departments.  The board, upon request by a county, shallmake school grounds available after school hours in the county where therequest is made, for use by the county requesting the same whenever this can bedone without interference with the normal and usual activities of the schooland its pupils.
