[§302A-1149]  Use of school facilities forafter-school child care.  The department may enter into agreements andcontracts with individuals, organizations, or agencies for the use of publicschool buildings, facilities, and grounds for the operation of after-schoolchild care programs.  The board shall issue such rules as are necessary tocarry out the purposes of this section.
