[§302A-1150]  Use of school buildings. The fullest freedom shall be given to citizens of the State to use for lawfulpurposes all public school buildings throughout the State during the hours thestructures are not in use for strictly educational purposes; provided that theperson vested with the proper authority over the building shall issue a permitto the applicant, when the proposed use is shown to be lawful by the applicant.[L 1996, c 89, pt of §2]
