[§302A-1152]  Unauthorized vehicles onschool or public library grounds.  Any unauthorized vehicle parked onschool or public library grounds may be towed away at the owner's expense, orthe owner or driver of the vehicle may be arrested by any police officerwithout warrant, on complaint of the principal, librarian, or other person incharge of the school or library.  Notwithstanding any other law to thecontrary, upon conviction for parking an unauthorized vehicle on school orpublic library grounds, the owner or driver of the vehicle shall be fined notmore than $50.
