A.  Specific
Definitions



 



[§302A-1201]  Definitions.  For the
purposes of sections 302A-1306 to 302A-1309:



"Enrollment" means the number of
students registered in the regular public schools, with each regular student
and each special student being counted as one.



"Moneys" means funds which are not
committed to positions. [L 1996, c 89, pt of §2]
