A.  SpecificDefinitions

 

[§302A-1201]  Definitions.  For thepurposes of sections 302A-1306 to 302A-1309:

"Enrollment" means the number ofstudents registered in the regular public schools, with each regular studentand each special student being counted as one.

"Moneys" means funds which are notcommitted to positions. [L 1996, c 89, pt of §2]
