§302A-1302  School-based budget flexibility. (a)  Beginning with the 1995-1997 fiscal biennium, the department shallimplement school-based budget flexibility for schools, complexes, and learningsupport centers.  The flexibility shall be limited to the school-basedbudgeting program EDN 100 of the department for all schools except charterschools.
