§302A-1310  Out-of-school timeinstructional programs; funds, expenditures.  Allmoneys received by and for the public out-of-school time instructional programsfrom tuition and other fees or from any other source shall be deposited in aspecial out-of-school time instructional program fund; and except as otherwiseprovided by the legislature, all expenditures for the operation of publicout-of-school time instructional programs shall be made from this fund.
