[§302A-1313]  Federal/state cooperationauthorized.  The department may enter into agreements with any federalagency to construct, repair, or renovate Hawaii public schools on militarybases and elsewhere in the State using state or federal funds, subject to thedepartment's educational specifications and standards for facilities.  Thedepartment shall cooperate with any federal agency to carry out this section.[L 2001, c 316, pt of §3(1)]
