[§302A-414]  Courses for instructors indriver education.  (a)  The department shall be responsible for conductingapproved courses for instructors in driver education and training.

(b)  The department shall certify any personwho satisfactorily completes a course for instructors in driver education andtraining as provided in subsection (a). [L 1996, c 89, pt of §2]
