[§302A-432]  Adult and community educationauthorized.  To provide increased opportunity for the people of Hawaii, thedepartment shall establish and regulate a program of adult and communityeducation of less than college grade.  The department shall provide publicschool buildings and other facilities, and use public school equipment underconditions determined by the department, when the equipment is needed, foradult and community education programs.
