§302A-438  Facilities, service, whenrequired.  Where one or more exceptional children are found in any onecomplex area superintendent's district, the superintendent of education shallprovide instruction, special facilities, and special services according to thespecifications of sections 302A-436 to 302A-443 in a manner most expedient andeconomical.
