§302A-602.5  Certificates; revocation. 
The department may revoke any certificate after its issuance if the certificate
holder does not possess the requisite qualifications.  For the purposes of this
section, the term "certificate" does not include a license issued by
the Hawaii teacher standards board pursuant to part III, subpart D. [L 1996, c
