§302A-639  Houseparents; statewidecenter for students with hearing and visual impairments.  All houseparentsat the statewide center for students with hearing and visual impairmentsemployed in the department shall be employed and have their compensationadjusted according to chapter 76 and the appropriate collective bargainingagreement, executive order, executive directive, or rule, and the monthly ratesof basic compensation so determined shall be payable for employment over atwelve-month period.  All houseparents shall be employed for twelve months on afull-time basis.
