§302A-831  Purpose.  The purpose of thissubpart is to transfer the administration of the teachers' housing program fromthe Hawaii public housing authority to the department of education.  Thissubpart also establishes a revolving fund for the accounting and control ofreceipts and disbursements in connection with the department of education'sfunctions of planning, constructing, repairing, maintaining, and operatinghousing programs for teachers employed and assigned by the department ofeducation.
