§317-2  Student conference committee. There is created a student conference committee composed of sixteen students tobe appointed by the governor.  There shall be two students from each of theseven local school districts and two students from schools represented by theHawaii Association of Independent Schools.  The governor shall assign one ormore of the governor's staff members to assist in the conduct of theconference.
