§317-4  Student conference advisory
committee.  There is created a student conference advisory committee to
assist and advise the student conference committee in planning, coordinating
and evaluating the annual conference of students.  The committee shall be
composed of the chairperson of the education committee of both the house of
representatives and the senate and three members of the department of education
