669A.260  Fees for examination.

      1.  The Commissioner may examine the books and records of a licensed family trust company. For each examination of the books and records of a licensed family trust company as authorized under this chapter, the Commissioner shall charge and collect from the licensed family trust company a fee for conducting the examination and in preparing, typing and copying the report of the examination at the rate established pursuant to NRS 658.101.

      2.  All money collected under this section must be deposited in the State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of NRS 658.091.
