§286-103  Restrictions on driver's license;rules and regulations.  The examiner of drivers may adopt rules andregulations restricting the use of a driver's license in any manner theexaminer of drivers may deem necessary for the safety and welfare of thetraveling public and may impose restrictions with respect to the type ofequipment or special mechanical control devices required on the motor vehicleoperated by the licensee appropriate to the driving ability of the licensee. Any restrictions shall be indicated on the license issued.
