§286-118  Records to be kept by the examinerof drivers.  The examiner of drivers shall file every application for alicense received by the examiner and shall maintain suitable indexescontaining, in alphabetical order:

(1)  All applications denied with a note on each as tothe reason for the denial;

(2)  All applications granted;

(3)  The name of every licensee whose license has beensuspended or revoked by a court of competent jurisdiction with a note aftereach such name as to the reasons for such action.

The examiner of drivers shall also file allaccident reports and abstracts of court records of convictions received by theexaminer under the traffic laws and regulations of the State or any politicalsubdivision thereof, and in connection therewith the examiner shall maintainconvenient records or make suitable notations in order that an individualrecord of each licensee, the traffic accidents in which the licensee has beeninvolved, and other pertinent data may be readily ascertainable and availablefor the consideration of the examiner of drivers upon any application for arenewal of license and at other suitable times.
