§286-120  Authority of examiner of driversto cancel licenses.  The examiner of drivers may cancel any driver'slicense if the examiner determines that the licensee was not entitled to it,failed to give the required or correct information in the licensee'sapplication, or committed fraud in making the licensee's application or inobtaining the license.
