§286-121  Suspending or revoking privilegesof nonresident and reporting convictions, suspensions, and revocations. (a)  The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on the highways of this Stategiven to a nonresident hereunder shall be subject to suspension or revocationin like manner and for like cause as a driver's license issued hereunder may besuspended or revoked.

(b)  The examiner of drivers is furtherauthorized, upon receiving a record of the conviction in this State of anonresident for any motor vehicle offense, to forward a certified copy of suchrecord to the motor vehicle administrator in the state wherein the person soconvicted is a resident.

(c)  When a nonresident's operating privilegeis suspended or revoked, the examiner of drivers shall forward a certified copyof the record of such action to the motor vehicle administrator in the statewherein such person resides.
