[§286-205]  Reports as evidence.  Anyreport by any motor carrier of any accident occurring in the course of itsoperation, made pursuant to any requirement of the director or any other lawfulauthority, and any report by the director or any police department of any suchvehicle accident, may be admitted as evidence in any suit or action for damagesgrowing out of any matter mentioned in the report or investigation.
