[§286-238.5]  Hazardous materialsendorsement.  The examiner of drivers shall not issue, renew, upgrade, ortransfer a hazardous materials endorsement for a commercial driver's license toany individual unless the federal Transportation Security Administration hasdetermined that the individual does not pose a security risk warranting denialof the endorsement.
