§286-241.5  Notification and hearing.  Whenthe examiner of drivers suspends, revokes, or cancels a commercial driver'slicense or permit under section 286-241.4(a), the examiner of drivers shallimmediately notify the licensee and afford the licensee an opportunity for ahearing.
