[§286-241.6]  Appeal to circuit court.  Anysuspension, revocation, or cancellation of a commercial driver's license undersection 286-241.4 may be appealed to the circuit court in which the applicantor licensee resides by filing a notice of appeal in that court within thirtydays after being notified of the suspension, revocation, or cancellation.  Theappeal shall not operate as a stay to the order or decision appealed from.  Theappeal shall be subject to procedures and rules as may be prescribed by thecourt and the decision of the court shall be final except as otherwise providedin chapter 91.
