§286-241  Notification of disqualification,suspension, revocation, or cancellation of commercial driver's licenses orpermits.  After disqualifying a person, or suspending, revoking, orcanceling a commercial driver's license or permit, the records of the examinerof drivers shall be updated to reflect that action within ten days.  Anydisqualification imposed in accordance with section 286-240(j) and transmittedby the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration shall become a part of thedriving record.  After suspending, revoking, or canceling a nonresidentcommercial driver's license or permit, the examiner of drivers shall notify thelicensing authority of the state which issued the commercial driver's licensewithin ten days.  The notification shall include information regarding anydisqualification and the violation or violations that resulted in thedisqualification, revocation, suspension, or cancellation.
