§286-248  Reciprocity.  Notwithstandingany law to the contrary, a person may drive a commercial motor vehicle if theperson has a commercial driver's license issued by any state, Mexico, orprovince or territory of Canada that issues licenses in accordance with theminimum federal standards for the issuance of commercial motor vehicle driver'slicenses, if the person's driver's license is not suspended, revoked, orcanceled; and if the person is not disqualified from driving a commercial motorvehicle, or subject to an out-of-service order.
