[§286-53.1]  Boat dealers; trailers withoutplates.  Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a manufacturer ofor a dealer in boats having an established place of business in the State maymove a boat trailer without license number plates upon the public highwaysduring the initial continuous movement of the boat trailer and any boat beingtransported on the trailer from its point of entry into the State to a storage,display, or sales area selected by the manufacturer or dealer.
