§286-62  Special license plates authorized. Any owner of a passenger motor vehicle, who is a resident of the State, and whoholds an unrevoked and unexpired amateur radio station license, other thannovice, issued by the Federal Communications Commission, upon application,accompanied by proof of ownership of the amateur radio station license, may beissued a special license plate for the owner's passenger motor vehicle asprovided in sections 286-63 to 286-69.
