§286-64  Regulation plates to besurrendered.  Upon the issuance of the special license plates, theregulation number plates originally issued in the registration of the passengermotor vehicles shall be surrendered to the administrator of the county civildefense agency who shall retain the plates as long as the special licenseplates are attached to the passenger motor vehicle.
