§286-68  Interpretation of part. Sections 286-62 to 286-69 are supplementary to any statute of the Stateregarding automobile number or license plates and nothing herein shall beconstrued as abridging or amending such laws except as herein provided for theuse of the special license plates in lieu of the regulation number platesprescribed by law.
