§286-68  Interpretation of part. 
Sections 286-62 to 286-69 are supplementary to any statute of the State
regarding automobile number or license plates and nothing herein shall be
construed as abridging or amending such laws except as herein provided for the
use of the special license plates in lieu of the regulation number plates
