[§290-10]  Disposition of unclaimed vehicle. Whenever a county ordinance authorizes the police or other agency designated bythe mayor of the county to remove and store vehicles, a vehicle removed andstored under authority of such ordinance may be deemed to have been abandonedfor the purposes of this chapter if not claimed within twenty-four hours by aperson entitled to possession.  Such vehicle may be disposed of in accordancewith this chapter for the disposition of abandoned vehicles.
