[§290-21]  Disposition of vehicles bypersons in motor [vehicle] repair business.  When any person abandons amotor vehicle upon the premises of a motor vehicle repair business, the ownerof the business or the owner's authorized representative may sell or dispose ofthe vehicle in accord with this part.
