[§291C-224]  Registered owner'sresponsibility for a summons or citation.  In any proceeding for aviolation of this part, the information contained in the summons or citationissued in accordance with section 291C-223 shall be deemed evidence that the registeredvehicle was violating the use of the high occupancy lane and the registeredowner is responsible for its illegal operation.  The registered owner shall bedetermined by the identification of the vehicle's registration plates.
