[§291C-61]  Vehicle approaching or enteringintersection. (a)  When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection fromdifferent highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle onthe left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.

(b)  The right-of-way rule declared insubsection (a) is modified at through highways and otherwise as stated in thischapter. [L 1971, c 150, pt of §1]
