§291C-62  Vehicle turning.  The driverof a vehicle intending to turn within an intersection or into an alley, privateroad, or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle, bicycle, orperson approaching from the opposite direction or proceeding in the samedirection when such vehicle, bicycle, or person is within the intersection orso close thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard.
