3-51-8. Lease of parking facilities.
If a city desires to lease any project acquired by it under the provisions of the Greater Municipality Parking Law [3-51-1 to 3-51-45 NMSA 1978] it may do so under such procedures as it shall prescribe. The city may accept such lease proposal as it deems to be in the public interest and in furtherance of the purposes of the Greater Municipality Parking Law.
