6-14-12. Legislative intent.
It is the intent of the legislature that the provisions of the Supplemental Public Securities Act [6-14-8 NMSA 1978] be applicable to all public securities of all public bodies of this state, notwithstanding any failure of this act or any other act of the legislature to expressly amend the applicable provisions of any other statute authorizing such public securities.
