6-15-28. Validation.

All resolutions, orders, proclamations and other official actions heretofore adopted, made or otherwise accomplished by a board pursuant to the Bond Election Act [6-15-23 NMSA 1978] or any other provision of law in calling, conducting and canvassing bond elections, and all bonds and bond proceedings undertaken pursuant thereto, are validated and confirmed.
