61-32-30.1. Unlicensed activity; civil penalty. (Repealed effective July 1, 2012.)
The board may impose a fine as set forth in the Thanatopractice Act [61-32-1 NMSA 1978] on a person who is found to have acted without a license in violation of the Thanatopractice Act by a court or an administrative proceeding as provided for in the Thanatopractice Act.
