63-1-7. [Certified copies of articles as prima facie evidence.]

A copy of any articles of incorporation filed in pursuance of the provisions of this chapter, certified by the state incorporation [corporation] commission [public regulation commission], or heretofore certified by the secretary of the territory of New Mexico, must be received in all courts and other places as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
