74-10-52. Limitations upon incurring any debt.

Nothing in the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] shall be construed as creating or authorizing the creation of an indebtedness on the part of any municipality or other public body included in the authority or elsewhere located.
